Our roots date back to over a century ago when in 1918 the Summit’s original owner Jack Hallick opened as a hideaway speakeasy. The Summit of today has been thoughtfully renovated to now serve as one of the most elegant restaurant and catering destinations in north eastern Pennsylvania.
