The Phoebe Snow Patio is featured by The Summit for outdoor dining and private parties. The Phoebe Snow Patio overlooks the Summit Cut-off (built 1912-1915). Still in use today, the Summit Cut-off will connect Binghamton, NY to New York City when railroad passenger service returns.
